You can find current tests on the Home or Games tab.
A typical test rewards around 300 points.
CBT (Closed Beta Tests) can offer 2,000 points or more for full participation.

⚠️ Important: For CBTs, joining the official chat room is required. Just entering isn’t enough — you must actively leave a message to be considered a participant.
