🎉 Everland KPop Demon Hunters Theme Zone Opening News

Everland has announced another big surprise~!

The new theme zone based on the Netflix animation 《KPop Demon Hunters》, aka KD Hunters, will open on September 26, 2025.

After the huge buzz from the Zombie Zone and Stranger Things Zone last year, this KD Hunters zone is expected to attract both overseas fans and domestic tourists.

🧭 What experiences await?

According to reports, the theme zone will recreate the anime world in a vivid way:

  • Mission games with Huntrix & Lion Boys
  • OST-filled photo zones
  • A K-snack food zone with authentic Korean dishes
  • A shop selling limited-edition character goods

🎟 Ticket booking tips

The zone is included in the regular Everland Day Pass.
On-site purchase is possible, but online pre-booking is much cheaper.

I usually book through KKday or Klook:

  • KKday: easy payments for locals, with frequent limited-time discounts.
  • Klook: great for international travelers, often with Shuttle + Ticket packages.

Everland is located between Seoul and Yongin, so your choice of stay makes a big difference:

  • Suwon: about 30 minutes by car, budget-friendly hotels.
  • Pangyo/Bundang: balanced access to Seoul and Everland.
  • Gangnam, Seoul: convenient for foreigners with shuttle or subway+bus.

I once stayed at Hotel Castle Suwon — close to Everland and breakfast included, which was very convenient!

🍜 Nearby food options

Even though Everland will run a K-snack zone, you might want something different after a full day.
Here are some spots within 10–30 minutes (based on my own visits too):

1. Yongin local snack shop

If the in-park “K-snack zone” captures anime vibes, Yongin’s snack shops are the real deal.
I visited Kokkiri Bunsik, 15 minutes from Everland — their tteokbokki, sundae, and fritters were cheap and delicious.

2. Suwon Galbi Street

Only 30 minutes away, this is the legendary galbi (ribs) street.
Families often wrap up their Everland trip here.
Around ₩20,000 per person, with generous side dishes and smoky charcoal flavor.

3. Bojeong-dong Café Street

Perfect for couples or families needing a photo spot.
From large bakery cafés to traditional hanok cafés, it offers a slower vibe.

4. Local K-food picks

Near Yongin Terminal you’ll find bibimbap restaurants and samgyeopsal spots.
Foreigners especially enjoy ending the trip with samgyeopsal + soju for an authentic local experience.

👉 Quick bite: Yongin bunsik shop
👉 Hearty dinner: Suwon Galbi Street
👉 Café hopping: Bojeong-dong Café Street
👉 Local vibe: Bibimbap, Samgyeopsal

📝 Final thoughts

This fall 2025, Everland once again brings in global visitors with K-culture.
The KPop Demon Hunters Theme Zone is more than just rides — it’s a way to experience Korean storytelling together with fans worldwide.

👉 Book your tickets now and secure your lodging early for the best trip!
