I visited the Dohwa Apartment Cafe main branch, located in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

Since I work at an American company that only has a legal entity in Korea without an office, my team meets once a week at a cafe in Seoul. This time, we chose this spot.

The Dohwa Apartment Cafe was a quiet and thoughtfully designed place to get work done.

Highlights:

The overall vibe inside the cafe was calm and clean. During the morning hours, there was no background music, which actually made it easier to concentrate.

Toward the late afternoon, light music began playing, giving the impression that the atmosphere changes with the time of day. I got the sense that they might also turn on music upon customer request.
